ORDER CUT OFF TIMES

If your order is placed after 5PM EST Mon-Fri, we will process the order on the next available business day.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Upon placing your order, you will promptly receive an order confirmation email. This email serves as acknowledgment that we have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. We will also verify the availability of the items from our suppliers. If any items are on backorder or unavailable, we will promptly void the pre-authorization and contact you via email to discuss alternative options. If all items are available for immediate shipment (within 3 business days), we will process the charges and proceed with fulfilling your order.

ORDER SHIPMENT

Once the items in your order are in stock and payment has been successfully processed, they will be shipped within 3 business days from the order date. You will receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours of your order being shipped, enabling you to monitor the progress of your delivery. If you haven't received tracking information within six business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@majesticpatio.com, and we will provide the necessary details.

GROUND ORDERS

Free Curbside Shipping: Enjoy FREE curbside shipping on most large freight orders via our chosen LTL freight carrier. The service involves a single driver unloading the pallet at the edge of your driveway or a nearby accessible drop-off location. It does not include delivery to the garage, backyard, inside the home, or any installation.

Surcharge Curbside Shipping: Similar to Free Curbside Shipping, some freight items incur a surcharge due to specific factors.

Threshold Shipping: An upgrade from Curbside Delivery, bringing the order to the threshold of the home or first dry area, excluding delivery to the backyard, inside the home, or any installation.

White Glove Shipping: Our premium service includes delivery to the backyard, inspection, unpackaging, placement, up to 15 minutes of light assembly, and removal of old packaging. It does not include gas or electrical hookup.

These orders typically involve larger items not suitable for common carriers, such as fire pits, patio heaters, saunas, and larger quantities of fire glass.

Freight shipments come on a pallet, wrapped, strapped, or crated depending on fragility. Standard freight orders offer CURBSIDE delivery only.

Please note that trucks transporting freight orders are large semis, and curbside delivery means you're responsible for moving the order on your property.

For Curbside Delivery, the driver will take the order off the truck, but you must handle the placement. The driver won't offer assistance, and you may need to make arrangements if the order exceeds lift gate limits.

The freight company will call to schedule delivery. An adult must be present to inspect and sign. If you miss the appointment or need to reschedule, additional fees may apply.

Inspect the shipment upon delivery. If packaging damage is noticed, note it on the Proof Of Delivery (POD) and contact Majestic Patio immediately at +1 (307) 400-2177. Save all packing materials for potential return/replacement eligibility.

Most Standard Orders are shipped via LTL Curbside, with a delivery window of 4 to 12 business days after receiving the tracking/PRO number.

EXPEDITED ORDERS

For those in a hurry, we offer expedited shipping at an extra cost. Due to varied inventory and multiple warehouses, it's challenging to accurately calculate expedited shipping costs on our website. For expedited orders, please call our staff at +1 (307) 400-2177 for assistance.

*Expedited shipments are delivered on weekdays only. No refunds for expedited shipping delays beyond our control.

SHIPPING LIMITATIONS

Please be aware that our shipping services are currently limited to the 48 lower states of the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

SHIPPING RATES & FEES

From time to time, our shippers inform us that additional charges may apply to the delivery address due to extraordinary accessibility or uncommon circumstances. Anticipating all potential delivery scenarios at the time of purchase is challenging for Majestic Patio, especially considering our nationwide shipping. Consequently, should we become aware of such situations, we will reach out to you to address these extra fees. While we allow for a certain degree of flexibility in shipping charges, we cannot be held responsible for fees exceeding our standard shipping parameters.

If you miss your scheduled freight delivery appointment or need to reschedule, you may be liable for any additional fees incurred. In the event that you need to update your shipping address:
- Before shipment, there is no extra cost to update or change the address (please notify us promptly).
- After shipment, you may be responsible for change of address or reconsignee fees.
