Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Majestic Patio for your recent purchase. We hope you are delighted with your new addition to your home. However, if, for any reason, you find yourself not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with our return policy. Please review the information below for details:

CANCELLATIONS (Before order ships)

Cancel any time before your order has shipped, completely free of charge (exceptions apply, including custom made orders and processing fees). Reach agents during business hours at +1 (307) 400-2177 or email us at support@majesticaptio.com.

CANCELLATIONS OF CUSTOM MADE ORDERS

Custom or made to order products cannot be canceled or refunded as these products are put into production specifically for your order.  These units are custom made to your specification or created once you order. Once you place your order they start building your unit. Your warranty will guarantee you a fully functional and operational product. If it is not clear whether your order is custom or made to order, please message or call us. 

All sales are final for Custom made and Made-to-order products.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. Items should be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

EXCHANGES

We simply don't accept exchanges on any items/products.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@majesticaptio.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have an RMA number, securely package the item in its original packaging and mail it to the address that we will provide you.

It is to note that all shipping charges for the returns must be taken in charge by the customer and that items returned require a 25% restocking fee.

REFUNDS

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, an email will be sent to inform you about the received item. Additionally, you will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a 7 Business days.

DELAYED OR ABSENT REFUNDS (if applicable)

Refunds should usually be received within 7 Business days. If you haven’t received a refund yet please follow the instructions below:

1. Recheck your bank account.
2. Contact your credit card company; there may be a delay before your refund is officially reflected.
3. Reach out to your bank, as there is typically a processing time before a refund is finalized.

If you have completed these steps and have not yet received your refund, kindly get in touch with us at support@majesticpatio.com.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at support@majesticpatio.com to arrange a refund.

Please be aware of the following:

- A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
- Custom or built-to-order products are non-refundable and non-cancellable once production begins. If you are unsure whether your order falls into this category, please contact us for clarification before placing your order.
